I didn't get anything from the MAC Hello Kitty Collection so I attempted to do a Hello Kitty Inspired Nails based on the colors of their packaging...
i wasn't really satisfied with the outcome, i blame it on my shaky hands =(
NARS Nail Polish in 'Arabesque' on tips for the shimmery effect
Konad Stamp/Nail Polish for the white bow and added pink rhinestone in the middle
Outline the bow with Sally Hansen Nail Art Pen in 'Hot Pink' and
finish it off with Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Anti Chip Top Coat
STEPS:
China Glaze 'First and Last' as first coat
China Glaze 'Liquid Leather' as base coat
China Glaze 'Recycle' on tips
Sally Hansen Nail Art Pen in 'Silver' on the middle
NARS Nail Polish in 'Arabesque' on tips for the shimmery effect
Konad Stamp/Nail Polish for the white bow and added pink rhinestone in the middle
Outline the bow with Sally Hansen Nail Art Pen in 'Hot Pink' and
finish it off with Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Anti Chip Top Coat
