Ebates = Love!

I opened my e-mail and to my surprise, I got paid today yeh yuh! by Ebates that is! Now i know it really works hehe!
I'm notorious for shopping online and this is what encourages me to go spendin my $$$ on the world wide web. I'm sure most of u already know about this cash back site, but to those who are not familiar with it, here are some FAQ:
  • What is Ebates? Ebates is the pioneer and leader of online cash back shopping.
  • How does Ebates Work? Ebates has over 900 merchants. When we shop at those stores, ebates gets a commission, but instead of keeping the $$$ to themselves, they share it with us in the form of cash back. Note that you need to access those stores through the ebates website in order to receive cashback.
  • How to join? It's super easy and free. Go to their website, click here, just enter your email address, then select the bonus you want: $10 gift card from itunes/circuitcity/sephora/target or $5 cash to get started. You may also earn $5 for each referral you make when your friend signs up and becomes a qualified member.
  • How do we get paid? By check, paypal, or send it to your favorite charity.
  • When do we get paid? Every 3 months, they cut us a check for purchases posted during the previous quarter. See schedule below:
Purchases Posted Between Big Fat Check Sent
Jan 1-Mar 31 May 15
Apr 1-June 30 Aug 15
July 1-Sept 30 Nov 15
Oct 1-Dec 31 Feb 15
  • Do all purchases qualify for Cash Back Rewards? Virtually every item you purchase through Ebates qualifies for Cash Back. They cannot, however, give Cash Back for taxes, shipping, or any portion of a purchase that is paid for with coupons, gift certificates or a store credit. Any purchase of products and services in which the transaction is substantially completed by telephone does not qualify for a Cash Back. I waited till i got paid before spreading the news to y'all. I know that many of you are not keen on purchasing stuff online but this is something to consider if ever you decide to.
