Epic fail ;( but u get the idea. Items used: First, apply base coat. I used China Glaze First & Last. Nail polishes on the design:

1. China Glaze Liquid Leather
2. China Glaze Sacred Heart
3. Opi Elephantastic Pink
4. Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Whirlwind White

I used this dotting tool i got from ebay. I forgot i have a better one but realized it after i finished all my nails. Too lazy to re-do it ;( Finish with Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Anti-Chip top coat. ***
